		<description>@Lady Rose - a red rose perhaps? I chose red because it is supposed to be the first colour perceived by a person. Historically red has been used to summon additional physical power from the gods during the Roman Empire era and before that. Wearing a red ruby was supposed to bring about invincibility and aid fertility.

The red rose is the symbol of love and fidelity. In Greek mythology red rose was a symbol for the cycle of growth and decay, but also for love and affinity.

And most importantly, the football team that I support (Liverpool) wear the colour red :-)

I can see your point of view but I guess it's just a matter of opinion and association.

I do agree with you that the EC I'm using is the best of the 3. Thank you for your comment too.</description>

		<description>I like the one you are using ec best out of the 3.

Not sure I like the coloring though - some how the black and red  (red I associated with hot, pain) is a bit depressing and not very encouraging for exercise - but then for me just the thought of excersing is depressing    *shrugs*</description>
